JOIN OUR STAFF TEAM
As Island Community Church’s Student Ministry and Administrative Associate, you will play a vital, dual role in both advancing ICC’s ministry to students and supporting the overall administrative health of the church.
This position combines hands-on leadership in student ministry with church-wide administrative and systems support, including assistance to the Lead Pastor, support for global missions, and stewardship of operational excellence.
You’ll help students find belonging, grow in faith, and live on mission, while also helping
ensure that the staff and ministries of ICC are equipped, organized, and thriving. This role
requires a person who is relational, organized, proactive, and called to serve the church with
both heart and skill.
