GLOBAL MISSIONS LEADER
At Island Community Church (ICC), we are passionate about equipping and sending people to bring the Gospel to the nations. Our vibrant Global Missions Ministry is central to our church’s mission and vision, and we are seeking a passionate, visionary leader to take this ministry into the future. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who will steward ICC’s vision for global impact through ministry with internationals in Memphis, organizing short-term mission teams, supporting long-term partners, and shepherding individuals in their missional callings.
Associate Pastor of Leadership Development
As the Associate Pastor of Leadership Development at Island Community Church, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to lead the church's efforts in nurturing families and developing leaders across all ministries. Your role will initially focus on overseeing Family Ministry from birth through high school, ensuring effective discipleship programs, and fostering strong relationships with parents. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Pastor to implement the church’s vision through special projects and empower staff and lay leaders in their ministry roles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to relational discipleship, possess strong leadership skills, and have a heart for serving the community.
