The Family Ministry Director provides vision, leadership, and oversight for all aspects of family discipleship at Island Community Church, equipping children, students, and parents to grow in a lifelong relationship with Jesus.
This role is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive, gospel-centered strategy that prioritizes the discipleship of the next generation and the equipping of parents as primary disciplers in the home. The Family Ministry Director will cultivate a thriving, relational ministry environment that reflects ICC’s mission and engages families within our urban context.
As a member of the leadership team, this individual must demonstrate spiritual maturity, a clear calling to ministry, strong leadership and organizational competency, and a passion for relational discipleship. This role requires alignment with ICC’s vision, culture, and commitment to meaningful community and missional living.
As Island Community Church’s Student Ministry and Administrative Associate, you will play a vital, dual role in both advancing ICC’s ministry to students and supporting the overall administrative health of the church.
This position combines hands-on leadership in student ministry with church-wide administrative and systems support, including assistance to the Lead Pastor, support for global missions, and stewardship of operational excellence.
You’ll help students find belonging, grow in faith, and live on mission, while also helping ensure that the staff and ministries of ICC are equipped, organized, and thriving. This role requires a person who is relational, organized, proactive, and called to serve the church with both heart and skill.
