COLLECTIVES

Built around 6 week studies through an entire book of the Bible, Bible Collectives are a great way to study the bible in community. They are an opportunity to grow in your understanding, strengthen your skills in studying the bible, and grow in community with other men or women.

  • MEN'S BIBLE COLLECTIVE

    Thursday Mornings

    September 11 - October 16 | 6:00-7:30am


    This fall, Men’s Bible Collective is studying the book of Jonah. This Old Testament book is much more than a story about a big fish. It teaches readers of God’s long patience with his children and His abundant grace towards the lost. Expect to be challenged toward deeper obedience to God’s call.

  • WOMEN'S BIBLE COLLECTIVE

    Thursday Evenings

    September 11 - October 16 | 6:30-8:00pm


    This fall, Women’s Bible Collective is studying the book of James. This New Testament book explores what it means to live out faith in Jesus. It teaches readers that real faith is reflected in real life. Expect to be encouraged and challenged to grow in your own walk with Jesus.

  • KNOWING GOD'S WORD

    Monday Evenings

    October 20 - November 10 | 6:00-8:00pm


    This class will strengthen your confidence in the Bible by exploring the history, reliability, and doctrine of scripture. Over four sessions, you will gain an understanding of why we can trust the Bible and rely on it as God’s word. Session topics are listed below


    October 20 - How was scripture written and canonized?

    October 27 - Why can we trust scripture to be reliable?

    November 3 - What do we believe about the nature of scripture?

    November 10 - How does God meet us in scripture?

  • OLD TESTAMENT 101

    Sunday Afternoons

    November 16 - December 7 | 12:30-2:30pm


    This class will give you tools to approach reading the Old Testament with greater confidence and understanding. Each session will give a broad overview of one section of the Old Testament, and give valuable tools and strategies for further reading and study. Session topics are listed below


    November 16 - Intro & the Pentateuch (Genesis - Deuteronomy)

    November 23 - Historical Books (Joshua - Esther)

    November 30 - Writings & Poetry (Job - Song of Songs)

    December 7 - Prophets (Isaiah - Malachi) and Conclusion

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are built around a single, half-day meeting time consisting primarily of discussion and application. Each workshop will give you practical steps and further resources toward growth in a particular aspect of the Christian life.


  • DISCOVERING YOUR PURPOSE

    Saturday Morning

    God has given each of us a particular calling and purpose, but how do we discover what that is? This workshop will help you examine your own heart and life to recognize the ways God has made you and called you to be a light in the world for His glory.
