Invest Yourself in ministry
God's design for the church to thrive when everyone uses their unique gifts for the common good motivates us to take responsibility to lead in ministry.
(1 Cor. 12, Eph. 4:10-12, 1 Peter 4:10-11, Neh. 3, Ex. 35:4-35)
As a church we believe that God has called every member of the body to invest themselves in ministry for the maturity of believers and expansion of the kingdom.
Discipleship Pathway
THE Purpose of Leadership
An individual development plan within the ICC Discipleship Pathway connecting a person’s spiritual gifts with their unique passions to real places of ministry. This plan serves to lead them to greater ministry investment in the life of the church, in their homes, workplaces, and communities. We believe the church is called to develop leaders.
The ICC Discipleship Pathway (pictured left) is a way to represent the process and rhythms by which ICC members move deeper into discipleship and ministry at Island Community Church.
